In the occupied territories of Donbass, observers of the OSCE CMM saw that militants has an entire arsenal of military equipment, which was banned by the Minsk agreements.
Mission officials report that they can not fix the weapons they see, as the allotted, since the conditions of its storage do not meet the criteria specified in the agreement, IA "Vchasno" reports.
In the report of the OSCE mission it is informed that in the village of Ternovoye in the east of Donetsk, the observers saw 4 self-propelled howitzers of an unknown type. They were on the territory near the line of demarcation in violation of the Minsk agreements.
Observers also recorded two trucks with platforms that transported two self-propelled howitzer "Gvozdika" in 83 kilometers from Donetsk, and also saw one anti-aircraft missile system "OSA" in the village of Kirillovka 53 kilometers to the south of Donetsk. This armament was outside of special storage areas for allotted weapons.
Three kilometers to the south of Lugansk, OSCE observers saw a T-72 tank on a conveyor that was carrying it to the east. Also, according to aerial surveillance, 49 tanks were found at a test range near the village of Ternovoye and 37 tanks on the territory of the complex near the village of Manuilivka, 65 kilometers from Donetsk.
