116 Civilians Have Been Suffered In the ATO Zone since the Beginning of the Year - The OSCE

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission stated that 21 civilians had died in the Donbass since the beginning of the year.

IA “Vchasno” reports that also according to the information of the OSCE SMM, 95 residents of the region were injured in the ATO zone since the beginning of the year.

Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the Mission Alexander Hug on the social network Twitter reported that the OSCE confirms the deaths and injuries of 116 civilians.

“Violence comes with human cost,” Hug wrote in the social network. - Since 1 January SMM has confirmed 116 civilian casualties - 21 fatalities & 95 injuries.”
