ATO Participants Will Receive Rehabilitation in the Czech Republic

On January 24, a Czech delegation headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Czech Republic, Irzhy Shestak, arrived in Kyiv at a military airfield for the realization in the Czech Republic of a rehabilitation project for ATO participants.

Representatives of the Czech Republic want to help our military men - the participants of the ATO, who defend the independence of Ukraine. This was announced at a briefing by the speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on ATO Dmytro Hutsulyak.

For those who have complex amputations and require high-quality medical care, the Czech Republic provides an opportunity for medical rehabilitation in the rehabilitation and sanatorium center "Darkov" near the city of Ostrava.

According to Irzhy Shestak, these are only two veterans of the ATO now, but he hopes that this pilot project will work in the future.

Two veterans of the ATO with amputated limbs Vitaliy Legusha and Oleh Fedorchuk on January 24 went by the same plane to a week-long medical rehabilitation in the Czech Ostrava.

The chance to be healthy and return to normal life for our veterans ATO was presented by the charity fund "REGI Base", which since 2011 has been helping Czech servicemen and working under the slogan "Serving those who Served".
