Several dozen people came to the Square of the Liberators with posters «There is no blockade of the Sea of Azov», «Russia is an aggressor country» and others, Mariupol activist Kyrylo Vyshnyakov told «Vcasno» news agency.

According to Kyrylo Vyshnyakov, residents of the city demanded the release of the captured Ukrainian sailors and the expansion of the OSCE mission to monitor the waters of the Sea of Azov. Also, Mariupol residents held a prayer service for Ukraine and the collection of signatures for appeals to the UN Security Council, the OSCE and the Russian Embassy in Ukraine.
«In Mariupol everything is ok, except for the threat from the aggressor country. Residents came to the square to show — we will not be intimidated, — said Kirill Vishnyakov. «Get away from Ukraine and our warm sea.»

Recall that last Sunday in the Kerch Strait, border ships of the Russian Federation attacked two Ukrainian artillery boats and a raid tug. Ukrainian ships were shelled and captured by the Russians. After that, during an emergency meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, people's deputies voted to declare martial law in the country — it was introduced in Donbas and 8 regions of Ukraine from 9:00 am on November 28 for 30 days.
