According to the head of the regional police Vyacheslav Abroskin, new metal detectors will also be used during the mass events in the region.
On his Facebook page, Vyacheslav Abroskin said that two months ago, during a meeting with the head of the law enforcement department of the US embassy in Ukraine, Christopher Smith, he told that there are not enough metal detectors at the check-points in the ATO zone. Representatives of the embassy decided to support the law enforcers of the Donetsk region.
