The coordinates of the borders of the temporarily occupied territories are added in the decree, they are determined by the actual line of delimitation of the parties. The decree was published on the official web site of Petro Poroshenko.
The document also specifies the list of districts, cities, towns and villages, parts of their territories of the certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
In particular, the large temporarily occupied cities (including the settlements administratively subordinated to the city councils of these cities) of the Donetsk region are Donetsk, Horlivka, Debaltseve, Dokuchaevsk, Yenakiyevo, Zhdanivka, Makiivka, the city of Snizhne, Khartsyzsk, Khrestivka, Chystyakove, Shakhtarsk, Yasynuvata, and smaller settlements. In the Luhansk region list includes Luhansk, Alchevsk, Antratsyt, Bryanka, Holubivka, Dovzhansk, Kadiivka, Pervomaysk, Rovenky, Sorokyne, Khrystalnyi and others.
The temporarily occupied districts and parts of their territories of the Donetsk region include Amvrosievka, Bakhmut, Boykivske, Volnovakha, Mariinka, Novoazovsk, Starobesheve, Shakhtarsk and Yasynuvata districts; in the Luhansk region: Antratsyt, Dovzhansk, Lutugynsk, Novoaydarsk, Perevalsk, Popasna, Slavyanoserbsk, Sorokyne, and Stanytsia Luhanska districts.
The decree comes into force on the day it is published.
