It is stated in the mission's weekly report for the period from 18 to 24 October, published on the mission's website.
"On 21 October at 20:04 a van with Russian license plates, bearing the inscription "Ritual" arrived at the border checkpoint "Donetsk" from the Ukrainian side and crossed to the Russian Federation. The OT was only able to observe the driver", — stated in mission’s report.
A day earlier, on 20 October at 10:03, two ambulances with “LPR’’ plates arrived in Donetsk BCP from the Ukrainian side and crossed into the Russian Federation at 10:50. The same ambulances returned to Ukraine at 17:50.
It remains only to guess what was transported by ambulances.
In addition, the observers were able to notice how people in military-style outfits from the territory of the Russian Federation drove into vehicles on the territory of Ukraine.
