At the same time, the Russian president stressed that the deployment of UN forces is possible only after the withdrawal of weapons and in coordination of this issue with representatives of the proclaimed republics of Donbass.
Representatives of Poroshenko said that the Russian president is counting on the implementation of the Transdniester scenario in Donbass with the involvement of Russian troops.
Russian President Vladimir Putin "in the best traditions of the hybrid war" is trying to distort the idea of the Ukrainian leadership regarding peacekeepers in the Donbass, and "turn everything upside down".
This statement was made on Facebook by the authorized of Ukrainian President for Peace in the Donbass, Irina Gerashchenko, commenting on Putin's statement on the need to introduce peacekeepers to the east of Ukraine.
Gerashchenko reminded that the Russian president instructed Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to submit a resolution to the UN Security Council on peacekeepers on the contact line in the ATO zone in Donbass.
Putin's statement on the introduction of peacekeepers has already caused a stir in the network.
Users were suspicious of the sudden change in mood of the head of the Russian Federation, suspecting a dirty trick.
"Bald man spoke for sending peacekeepers to Donbass, but probably he will demand to send Russian peacekeepers," volunteer Miroslav Gai said.
